Business & Change Management Projects
Program/project management of a diverse range of projects from small transactional projects to large scale transformational programs, project governance, PMO activities, project implementation, PPM implementation, change management, training and communications, and business performance and integration.
We also provide interventions aimed at engaging staff in the change, minimising resitance based on sound psychological principles.
Project management & Engineering
PMO activities, front end design, HAZOP/CHAZOP management, contract management, procurement, construction management, site supervision, work permits, commissioning & maintenance.
Our team consists of two principal consultants. We also engage additional consultants with relevant expertise to assist us on projects as required.
Annette holds a Master of Human Resource Management, for which she won the Australian Human Resources Institute’s (AHRI) Award for Outstanding Achievement (Dux). She also holds a Bachelor of Psychology & Management, a Graduate Diploma of Business (HRM), and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. She is an accredited MBTI® and Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i2®) practitioner. She is also qualified to administer a wide range of psychometric and skills based testing.
Gerd is a results oriented Program/Project Manager (PMP certified) with 20+ years’ experience recruiting, leading and developing global and local teams. He has extensive experience in business transformational change, PMO establishment, project management, governance and PPM implementation.
Gerd’s experience includes working for a large MNC implementing large scale transformational change programs throughout the Asia Pacific region, as well as consulting to privately owned corporations and government in both program and project management.
Gerd is also a highly skilled Engineer with sound experience managing engineering teams and projects in the oil & gas industry spanning Aviation, Fuels, Bitumen, Distribution Terminals and Third Party Engineering Consulting, including design, construction, HAZOP/CHAZOP management, commissioning and maintenance.
Gerd holds a Bachelor of Engineering – Chemical (Hons) and is a fully certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
